Google Cloud L.A. Region Launch

Google Cloud launched their new Cloud location in Los Angeles, specifically positioning this region as ideal for the media and entertainment industry in the area. “The LA region will provide our media and entertainment customers with fast, scalable compute resources, so visual effects and animation studios can spend less time waiting on renders, and more time bringing their creative visions to life,” they noted.

The day consisted of multiple talks across two stages highlighting the advantages of utilizing the Google Cloud Platform, 9 demo booths featuring key Cloud Solutions Partners, and a retro-inspired diner where attendees could take a break and grab a bite.
